After graduating from Essex Agricultural School of Cosmetology, Jeffrie apprenticed at Rudolph Charles and John Dellaria, Danvers. A five time graduate of TIGI NYC and two time graduate of Vidal Sassoon, both in LA and Miami, Jeffrie spent time recently with Electric Education in London. Before landing back on the North Shore and opening Millennium in 1998, he worked in prominent Boston Salons.

Erik graduated from Blaine Beauty School in 1998 at the top of his class, receiving a personal letter of recommendation from Henri Blaine. After graduation he began apprenticing at Millennium. Erik graduated from the Vidal Sassoon Academy in both Los Angeles and Miami. He also graduated from the TIGI Academy in New York City, receiving certificates in both cutting and coloring courses. Erik is our Assistant Director, educating our apprentices in the most current hairdressing techniques for cutting and coloring.

Melissa is a 2007 graduate of North Shore Community College School of Cosmetology. Before graduation she began her apprenticeship at Millennium training under both Jeffrie and Erik mastering all aspects of cutting and coloring. She is certified in many keratin and straightening treatments including Marcia Teixeira, Brazilian Blowout, Keratin Complex and Yuko. She graduated from the TIGI Academy in NYC and continues to hone her craft by attending classes and trainings. In addition to cutting, coloring, keratin treatments, she specializes in special occasion hair and Hotheads Hair Extensions.
